SHIPPING POLICY
- Delivery happens within 1-3 working days in Alexandria, New Cairo City, Old Cairo, Giza & Nasr City: 1-3 days - For all orders placed before 3:00 PM
- and delta and 2-4 working days to Upper Egypt and Red Sea, given that the customer has submitted all his details as required e.g. (complete phone no. and detailed address including building no. / street name/ area name / city).
- International deliveries happen within 8 working days.
- The lead time of delivery starts the next day of placing the order.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
- We accept exchange and refund for watches and Sunglasses and Bags within 3 days from order delivery to the customer.
- We don't offer any exchange or refund for optical lenses
- The item/s needed to be exchanged or refunded should be in the same condition as how it was delivered to the customer.
- it will take within 14 business days for the amount to be transferred to the customer's bank account You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- In case of exchange or refund the customer will pay for delivery fees for the shipment, unless there was a defect in the product or we have sent a wrong model/size than what the customer has chosen , then ELSWEFY®️ will pay for the exchange shipment delivery fees.
